Objective. The present work shows the relationships among education, culture of peace and the plastic arts, from the perceptions of the students of secondary education in the afternoon, in the school Nueva Delhi. There was a reflective process that was developed on different manifestations of violence and construction of a culture of peace with the group of students who were part of this work. The research process was addressed based on the framework of the Cathedra of Peace, the positioning, the investigation and characterization of problems derived from the awareness of situations related to violence, focused on making visible gender aspects through symbolic representations.
